EMC and Oracle have partnered to bundle Legato Single Server Version (LSSV) into Oracle 9i and 10g database purchases-at no extra cost.

All 9i and 10 g customers can start taking advantage of LSSV's backup and recovery capabilities after registering here.

LSSV includes a single-server version of the EMC Legato NetWorker and the NetWorker Module for Oracle that together allow administrators to create NetWorker backups to tape of their Oracle datafiles. This bundle is easy to install and easy to upgrade to full versions of Legato NetWorker. Compare LSSV to complete versions of Legato NetWorker and Legato NetWorker Module for Oracle:
