• Web portal for customers and business users. Simple web based user interfaces either as standalone or as part of other portals to provide IT management information to non technical users without support/training overhead.
• Integration with other systems and datasources. Easily integrate with external event and topology sources through connectors (file, socket, database, web services, etc.)
• Event Enrichment. Add information to events from other data sources (file, databases, etc.) in order to prioritize, escalate, manage maintenance, etc.
• Business Service Management: Add business context into IT management
