Lotus Notes Connector can store any number of Lotus Notes e-mails with or without attachments while maintaining the exact image of each individual e-mail and the location of its attachments – a critical feature for archive integrity and legal discovery uses. Lotus Notes Connector also provides an additional security layer based on the e-mail's distribution lists such as e-mail addresses in the "To," "From," "Cc," and "Bcc" fields. This feature prevents access by any users not included in the e-mail's distribution.
