Crown Partners Consistency Checker allows EMC Documentum repository administrators to analyze the data integrity of their repositories, so that root cause analysis and corrective actions can be undertaken.
Consistency Checker performs a comprehensive analysis of metadata and content issues including:
• Conducting over 350 data integrity checks
• Diagnosing metadata and content issues
• Configuring types of checks either by severity level or type of check or both
• Allowing multiple configurations that can easily be managed
• Adding custom relations for advanced scans
• Creating custom queries to precisely define the scope of the analysis
• Categorizing all results by severity level, based on the impact to end users
• Running checks interactively or as scheduled EMC Documentum jobs from the user interface
Consistency Checker provides flexible, easy to use output options such as:
• Storing all results in log files
• Managing multiple log files to compare results over time
• Displaying results showing only summary counts, detail reports, or log file contents
• Allowing users to switch between levels of detail through the user interface, as needed
• Providing sufficient information at the lowest two levels of detail for qualified repository administrators to locate problem object(s)
Consistency Checker's graphical user interface (GUI) provides complete control over execution and reporting of data integrity runs. Default options address most common repository analysis needs, and check-boxes and drop-down menus make it easy for users to view and select options.
